RENAULT Head of EZ FLEX Project, in charge of managing projects of new concepts across the value chain (Customer Knowledge, Design, Engineering, Financial Analysis & Marketing)
Laurence Montanari is graduated in mechanical engineering & robotics at Ecole Centrale Nantes.
She has 26 years of experience at RENAULT. She has started as Process Quality Engineer to improve engine production.
Then she spent 20 years in After-Sales on technical issues and recall campaigns at first to shorten the loopback to the Technocentre to provide after-sales solutions to the dealers. She has also lead the global transformation of the after-sales documentation system across 12000 Renault dealers WW. In 2008, she has been the ‘mother’ of the Twizy project to re-invent the urban mobility, in charge of the upstream phases.
Then Director of accessories & merchandising across Renault, Dacia & Samsung brands increasing revenue & performances of the department.
Now she is working in a Collaborative Lab -LCI- and lead EZ Flex Experimentation and 3DExperience pilot.
